Proper Care of Plants

In making a garden the needs of plants should be supplied in order for them to grow well. The basic needs of plant for them to grow healthy are enough amount of sunlight, water, oxygen, carbon dioxide, temperature, air and sufficient nutrients that includes the fertilizer, should also be provided.
It is important to have a proper handling and protection of your plants to preserve the kind of the plants. Taking care of plants will not take much attention as long as their needs are supplied to them.The things to be remembered are listed below:
*The cleanliness of the garden should be maintained.
*The plants should be watered everyday and it should be enough.
*Expose the plants under the heat of the sun.
*The soil used should be moist or well drained.
*Keep the plants away from any insects, animals and especially disease.
*Weeds should be avoided because it choke out plants.
*Dried leaves or debris should not be collected on top of the soil because it might cause the increase of pests.
*Monthly fertilizing should be done from April through November.
*Generally the darker the leaves, the less light is needed. The more colorful the plant, the more light and direct sunshine is needed.

A garden requires patient labor and attention. Plants do not grow merely to satisfy ambitions or to fulfill good intentions. They thrive because someone expended effort on them.
